The event will offer young people from across Greater Manchester opportunities to:

• Discuss what devolution means to them
• Identify policies which reflect their hopes and aspirations for 'DevoManc' and the People's Plan
• Consider how and in what ways they can engage with the GM mayoral candidates
• Decide how Greater Manchester can undertake democratic reform to encourage a new youth-centric politics
• Discuss whether it is time to lower the voting to 16 for all local and GM mayoral elections
