VCFSE Manifestos

VCFSE manifestos act as collective vision statements that unite the sector by setting out shared priorities and the changes organisations want to see within their communities. They articulate the sector’s ambitions, highlight the challenges local people face, and help influence local and regional decision‑makers by positioning the VCFSE sector as an equal partner in shaping public policy and service delivery.
