To nominate, you must be a senior manager within a VCFSE organisation based in the North West. You can nominate a commissioner or grant funder — either an individual or a team — who has worked with your organisation within the last 18 months.
Your nomination should outline why the nominee deserves recognition, referring to some of the key award qualities such as transparency, inclusion, flexibility and partnership.
Please include the name of the person or team you are nominating, the organisation they represent, and up to 500 words describing your experience with them, including specific examples where possible.
Nomination forms should be submitted by email to info@vsnw.org.uk with the subject line “VSNW Awards 2025” no later than 9am on Friday 3 October 2025.
Awards process
Once nominations close, all submissions will be reviewed by a panel made up of VSNW Board members. The panel will assess each nomination against the award criteria and select the winners for each category.
Successful nominees will be informed by email ahead of the announcement. The awards will be presented at the VSNW Annual Conference on Thursday 27 November 2025. While attendance is not essential, we encourage both the nominator and the nominee to join us on the day so we can celebrate their achievements in person and share their story with the wider sector.
