Applications are open for the 2013-14 DoH voluntary sector partnership awards
27 June 2012
Applicants are invited to submit proposals to develop new, innovative approaches to health and care, actively share excellent practice or improve integrated care and efficiency. In the last funding round (2012-13), 74 projects benefited from funding under the scheme with each receiving a share of £6.9 million. These projects, ranging from cancer services to mental health projects for young adults, are now benefiting people across the country.
The Innovation, Excellence and Strategic Development Fund provides funding to support proposals in the health and care field, supporting projects with the potential for national impact in line with DoH objectives of better health and wellbeing and better care for all. Organisations can apply individually or in partnership with others.
Proposals need to be submitted under the DoH's online grant management system, Award Information Management System. You can draft your application in Word first by using their template application form. For more information, there is a information pack available.
