MACC is undergoing major changes to its role and profile within Manchester’s voluntary and community sector. During 2012, the organisation will grow in size and will take on new areas of responsibility at a strategic and delivery level.
The Board of MACC sees this reshaping of the organisation as an evolutionary process. For the organisation to grow and develop, the Board is to conduct a review of the leadership and management of the organisation.
They wish to engage the services of an organisation or independent consultant to conduct a review from an external perspective. In order to ensure the most objective but informed approach, MACC is inviting proposals from voluntary sector infrastructure agencies and/or consultants with relevant experience from outside Greater Manchester.
The MACC Management Review 2012 document provides further details about the changes and the scope of the review. The deadline for applications is 10am on Thursday 12th January.
