The Social Value Bill - latest news

NAVCA have put together a helpful summary of the Public Services (Social Value) Bill and its progress.
The latest changes to the Bill mean that mandatory local and national social enterprise strategies have been dropped, but as NAVCA note, the Bill, as it currently stands, is still
"a significant change as it proposes that public authorities must consider social value".
