There is a share of £600,000 available for four charities to take part in the three month Sidekick School programme

More than £15.3million from the Big Lottery Fund is going to a range of projects including those involving young offenders and young people associated with gangs. In total 58 organisations across England are taking a share of the funding which comes from the Big Lottery Fund’s Reaching Communities programme.
9 projects have been funded in the North West which are:

Jus Kidz, Liverpool
Unity Community Association Liverpool
Ladybarn Community Association, Manchester
Manchester City Council
Collective Encounters, Merseyside
Norris Green Community Alliance, Liverpool
South Cheshire Clasp
Lifeline Project, Manchester
