Ofsted consultation - Common Inspection Framework
5 September 2011
Ofsted has launched a consultation on the Common Inspection Framework. This seeks views on proposals to implement a revised inspection framework for further education colleges, work-based learning providers, adult and community learning provision and ‘Next Step’ provision.
Proposals include focusing more sharply on the core purpose of the provider in meeting the needs and interests of learners, employers and the community.
The closing date is 24 November 2011.
