Following the Minister for Civil Society's request for further detail concerning third sector (VCS) engagement in the Work Programme, VSNW held the first meeting of North West Third Sector Work Progamme providers.
Representatives from 12 organisations involved in the Work Programme, attended the meeting in Manchester on 4 August.
Participants highlighted a range of challenges and concerns that will be escalated to the Office for Civil Society as well as the Department for Work and Pensions.
