There is a share of £600,000 available for four charities to take part in the three month Sidekick School programme

LAA reward grant, Working Neighbourhoods Fund, Connecting Communities, Local Enterprise Growth Initiatve, Kickstart 2009, amongst others, have been cut.
This will have a significant impact on the voluntary and community sector as well as on local authorities.
These cuts are CLG's contribution to the intial Government cuts of £6.2bn and are not part of the Spending Review 2010 discussions.
