New Foresight training from VSNW and NCVO

19 April 2010

Voluntary Sector North West is pleased to announce a new partnership with NCVO’s Third Sector Foresight Team. We will be working together over the next few months to understand how the world is changing and how organisations in our region can use this knowledge to make better strategic decisions.

The partnership will provide:
• New insights about the trends and forces impacting on organisations in our region
• Training workshops for infrastructure organisations
• Free copies of pocket guides exploring changing funding, volunteering, population changes and other crucial topics

For more information about Foresight and the issues it touches on, you can read this article, Facing the Future without Fear.

The workshops will take place as follows:
Tuesday 6 July  Aimed at CEOs and chairs
Thursday 8 July  Aimed at development workers

If you’re interested in finding out more, contact Anna Sevink on anna.sevink@vsnw.org.uk or 0161 276 9300. For more on NCVO Third Sector Foresight, visit www.3s4.org.uk.
