People’s Millions is a competition from the Big Lottery Fund to help you improve your area. If your project is shortlisted you will get lots of help to make a short film about your plans. The more involvement from your community the better. Your film shows on the ITV regional news in November, and the public vote for their favourite. You will be invited to some media training which is fun and informal.You will also have space on the People’s Millions website to promote your project.
You can apply for between £20 000 and £50 000. You can enter if you are part of a community or voluntary group or if you are a school or local authority.
