Job opportunity: Sustainable Neighbourhoods Action Group strategic engagement worker

SNAG is looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to deliver a project which aims to help community and voluntary groups get more involved in decision-making on a range of sustainability issues in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience of policy work, working with community groups, promoting sustainable development and delivering and reporting on grant funded projects.

The post is managed by MERCi, a social enterprise/charity promoting sustainability which runs other sustainability projects and owns and manages a sustainably refurbished mill, Bridge 5 Mill, in Ancoats, Manchester. The post will be based at the Mill, with additional travel around the City.
