Thousands of people across the North West are working in their local communities, more often than not without payment or support, to improve the lives of people around them.
By joining together and working across boundaries, local activists learn from and support each other, and are able to bring the real concerns of everyday local people to the attention of the decision makers where it counts - at regional and national level.
If you are active in any way, in any neighbourhood across the entire North West, the NW Community Activists Network is here to support you.
The network runs stakeholder meetings, workshops, a support network, and has an extensive online presence. It is membership controlled and driven, and there is no joining fee.
For more information visit www.nwcan.org, email info@nwcan.org or phone 07821 201136/01942 700060.
