Job opportunities in the new North West Disability Infrastructure Partnership

Merseyside Disability Federation seeks:
- Partnership Coordinator £ 30,030 per annum
- Information and Outreach Officer £ 25,025 per annum
The posts are for the new North West Disability Infrastructure Partnership which brings together

Breakthrough UK (covering Greater Manchester)
Cumbria Disability Network
Disability Information Bureau (Cheshire)
Merseyside Disability Federation
Warrington Disability Partnership (Cheshire)
The challenge is to ensure that the full range of voluntary and community sector disability organisations in the North West is provided with consistently good and accessible infrastructure services through the development of the Partnership. Funded by The National Lottery through Big Lottery Fund, the Partnership is at the start of an exciting three year programme.
You will need to have previous experience of partnership working and a broad understanding of the voluntary and community sector. Experience of actively promoting equality of opportunity with specific understanding of disability equality is also essential for both posts as are excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Deadline for receipt of completed applications 17th December 2009
Interviews are scheduled for 14th and 15th January 2010
