Influencing Parliament events
4 September 2009
VSNW and Parliamentary Outreach are holding three events for voluntary organisations to find out how Parliament works and how they can get involved. The events will focus on health, the economy and the environment.
Each event will cover:
- What Parliament is and what it does
- How groups can effectively engage with Parliament
- A guest speaker who will focus on a particular area of interest
7 October: Influencing Parliament and Health, Liverpool
Guest speaker will be a Specialist Clerk from the House of Commons Health Select Committee

Places are free and include lunch and refreshments.
Please contact VSNW if your organisation's income is below £10,000, you are based in the North West and you would like to receive a travel bursary.
