Amended strategic approach to housing key lines of enquiry (KLOE)

The Audit Commission has launched a formal consultation on the strategic approach to housing key lines of enquiry. The online information includes a draft version of the refreshed and updated KLOE.
The Strategic Approach to Housing KLOE is designed to assess how well a council works with its partners and other stakeholders to address the housing needs and challenges within its area. It looks at whether councils make best use of their powers and influence to drive forward the housing vision for their localities to deliver better housing outcomes for their communities, including disadvantaged groups.
Deadline for responses is Friday 18 September 2009.
