Lancashire

Third Sector Lancashire (TSL) is the sub-regional infrastructure consortium for Lancashire, the primary aim of which is to improve collaboration in, and support to the third sector. 

TSL works across the sub-region of Lancashire (being Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool and the county of Lancashire. The overall aims of TSL are:
• To co-ordinate advice and support across the sector
• Be an advocate for the sector
• Increase the level of collaboration between organisations to improve delivery
 
The work of TSL is funded by Capacitybuilders and the Lancashire Partnership and carried out through 9 Participation Network Groups that largely mirror the delivery plans of the LAAs across the sub-region. The Lead and Accountable body for the consortium is Lancashire Education Business Partnership
