The Cheshire and Warrington ChangeUp Consortium (CUCW) was initially set up in 2004/05. The vision of the consortium is for a Cheshire and Warrington voluntary and community sector that is sustainable and flourishing, that will deliver quality services to communities of interest at the point of need.
The mission of the consortium is to develop infrastructure services which are visionary, responsive and accountable providing sustainable quality support fully accessible across the sub-region.
