Operational Efficiency - Total Place: Empowering and incentivising Local Areas

This North West conference, supported by the North West Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership focuses on Total Place, which is driven by Sir Michael Bichard's Operational Efficiency Programme (OEP) report and a growing number of local authorities and their partner organisations across the country.
Designed to improve public services whilst at the same time achieving substantial financial savings, Total Place advocates a unique approach to ever-greater public sector efficiency, by focusing on local solutions to local needs, and increased collaboration and joint working.
The Total Place: Empowering and Incentivising Local Areas Conference will illustrate the progress of the agenda via a range of case-study based presentations, and will also feature top-level strategic and policy presentations from high-profile thought leaders.
