The Centre for Local Policy Studies say the Summer School event will allow participants to explore the key issues and solutions to managing change effectively in a “post election and post Equality Bill era” – for whilst the financial picture looks bleak, the vast array of changes to policy, legal and public expectations means that a balancing act has to be performed that does not lose sight of the issues of equality and human rights.
