Climate Change: Rising to the Challenge
14 February 2010 09:30 - 14:00
Midland Hotel, Manchester
The event will launch the North West’s revised Climate Change Action Plan for 2010-2012 and will refocus the commitment of partners towards achieving the Action Plan’s goal of a well-adapting and low carbon North West.
The objective of this revised Climate Change Action Plan is to build upon the progress made to date and to strengthen our collective response to a changing climate, highlighting the key areas of opportunity and focus.
Alongside continuing to build the capacity of the region to rise to the challenge of climate change, the new action plan will focus on the four key areas of action required;
- Clean and Secure Energy
