Neighbourhood Charters - rural and urban: What do you need to know?

This is a North West Together We Can event consisting of open space discussion groups and a networking lunch.
Focus is on basic knowledge of Neighbourhood Charters. Case studies will feature examples from Oldham, West Norfolk and Staffordshire Moorlands of neighbourhood charters.
Liz Richardson will circulate her evaluation of Community Charters pilots and encourage evaluation in the light of individuals' situations.
