Taking on TUPE

This training seminar with public sector specialist law firm TPP Law will look at issues relating to Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment).
The seminar will include:
- Understanding TUPE regulations (2006)
- Contractual issues and implications
- Issues relating to public sector pensions
- Relevant guidance
- Understanding and dealing with risks related to TUPE
Delegates will:
- gain a thorough understanding of the issues and how to deal with them from TPP Law's employment expert, Gemma Brown
- be asked, one week prior to the event, if there are particular concerns they would wish to be covered during the training
