Who? How? What? NAVCA's second Every Child Matters conference

NAVCA’s second Every Child Matters conference is aimed at local infrastructure organisations (LIOs) and third sector organisations that deliver services for children, young people and their families.
Following on from a successful event held in March 2009 in Birmingham, at which the focus was Every Child Matters, this event will focus on outcomes for children and young people and consider how third sector organisations can work to include outcomes in the planning, delivery and evaluation of services.
