4NW logo The Northern Regeneration Summit is the largest regionally focussed regeneration event in the North of England. Held this year on the 20^th and 21^st October at the City of Manchester Stadium, it provides the opportunity for public and private sector regeneration professionals to come together in order to discuss regeneration for the North of England.

This year 4NW, the new Regional Leaders Board for England’s North West, will host a workshop strand of six unique sessions spread across the two days of the event. These free sessions include topics as wide ranging as lessons in regeneration from European cities, loan finance, design review, skills for the upturn and the new regional leaders boards.

Workshops Tuesday 20 October

11:00 – 12:00 Workshop 1: Lessons in regeneration and recovery from European cities (Joseph Rowntree Foundation)
14:00 – 15:00 Workshop 2: Skills for the upturn: the challenge for the North. Discussion and debate on the region’s priorities for an economic recover (Ekogen)
15:45 - 16:45 Workshop 3: Shaping places, changing lives: exploring new models for development and the creation of sustainable communities (Plus Dane Group)
