MISPA is delivering a one day workshop on Managing People for anyone who is responsible for managing and coordinating teams whether you are from the public, private or not for profit sector.
The day will cover subjects such as:
• Motivation
• Communication styles
• Giving a strategic direction
Participants will be encouraged to apply the learning from the day to their own people management context and the day will set these issues in the context of dealing with paid staff and volunteers.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided with the session running from 9.30am - 4pm. The price for the day starts at just £45 per participant.
