The Lancashire BME Pact was formed to enable voluntary groups to come together to share best practice and to provide a voice for local BME communities. It is designed to initiate policy, provide structured support, co-ordinate delivery, identify models of encouragement, and to help partner organisations in meeting the needs of the BME Sector.
