Trustee Board
Voluntary Sector North West is a charity and company limited by guarantee accountable to its membership. Voluntary Sector North West convenes an Annual General Meeting each year to elect a Board of Trustees. The Trustees are responsible for the day to day management of the organisations administered by Voluntary Sector North West Officers.
The Board of Trustees
There can be a maximum of 12 Trustees and a minium of 5. Up to 3 trustees can be co-opted.
